Trillet OEM changelog
Dated changes to Trillet OEM, the white-label voice AI API for EHR vendors, telecom providers and software platforms.
Changes to the Trillet OEM API and its documentation, newest first. Within /partner/v1 changes are additive, so existing integrations keep working. The Trillet-Version response header carries the date of the release that served each request.
early access
Trillet-Version: 2026-10-28
First release to design partners in early access.
Partner keys
- Partner keys (
tpk_live_...) that belong to your account, not a person, created and revoked in the OEM API section of account settings. - Scopes per key, and optional restriction of a key to some tenants.
GET /partner/v1/keyto check a key's scopes and your tenant limit.- A partner key can call a defined set of standard endpoints inside a tenant, with the tenant ID in
x-workspace-id: agents, node flows, call flows, knowledge bases, numbers, calls, batch calls, call history, recordings, workflows and secrets.
Tenants
- Create, list, update, suspend, resume, delete and restore a tenant per customer, keyed by your own
externalId. - Suspension stops a tenant's outbound calls, SMS and workflow runs, and answers and ends inbound calls, while keeping its configuration and history.
- Deleted tenants can be restored for 30 days.
Phone numbers
- Buy numbers per tenant, billed to your partner account at the standard Trillet number price, with monthly renewal.
- Bring your own numbers over a SIP trunk or a Twilio account.
- Release numbers individually, or all at once when a tenant is deleted.
Agents and call flows
- Node flows created with a partner key start on the
platform-llmmodel and recommended speech settings (responsiveness 10, interruption sensitivity 5.5). - Call flow settings: read and change the greeting, speech timing, recording and call handling timers on a tenant's call flow.
Events
- Signed webhooks in the Standard Webhooks format, for all tenants, with retries for about 22 hours, an event log kept for 30 days, and redelivery.
- Call events:
call.started,call.ended,call.analyzed,call.no_answer,call.failedandcall.blocked, with conversation data on by default and optional PII redaction. - In-call events:
call.transferred,call.transfer_failedandtool.failed. - Booking, recording, workflow run, number, tenant and usage events.
- Recording download for a tenant's call.
Usage and spend caps
- Usage totals by day or month, per tenant or per charge type, and one row per call charge.
- Monthly spend caps per tenant, with alerts at 80% and 100%. Inbound calls continue at the cap.
Conventions
Idempotency-Keyon tenant creation and number purchase and registration, so retries never create anything twice.- One error format with stable
codevalues, cursor pagination and theTrillet-Versionresponse header.
Documentation
- A quickstart from partner key to first phone call, with curl, Node.js and Python.
- An OpenAPI 3.1 specification and a generated API reference.
