## HIPAA

Trillet supports HIPAA workloads. A Business Associate Agreement is available on Agency and Enterprise accounts, including Voice Engine partners, at no extra fee. Execute the BAA before any tenant processes protected health information. See our [Terms of Use](https://trillet.ai/terms-of-use).

## Data residency

Each tenant is created in a region, `us` or `au`. Its call records, transcripts and recordings are stored in that region. Webhook payloads are built from the tenant's regional data when they are delivered.

## Data in events

Events include transcripts, summaries and extracted call data by default. For each webhook endpoint you can:

- turn conversation data off (`includeConversationData: false`), or
- keep it and mask personal data (`redactPII: true`).

Recordings are never included in payloads, only as signed URLs that expire.

## Isolation

- Each tenant is a separate workspace. A partner key can reach only its own tenants, and an embed session only one tenant.
- Requests naming another partner's tenant return `404`.
- Partner keys and webhook signing secrets are stored hashed or encrypted, and every change made with a partner key is written to the tenant's audit log with the key that made it.

## Branding

Tenants inherit your branding. Emails, SMS sender names, embedded screens and webhook headers your customers might see do not mention Trillet.
