`POST https://api.trillet.ai/partner/v1/events/{eventId}/redeliver`

Sends an event again. Without `endpointId`, it goes to every enabled endpoint subscribed to
its type. Needs `webhooks:write`.

- `partnerKey` — http bearer (tpk_live_...)

The event is being redelivered.

The partner key is missing, malformed, unknown or revoked (`partner_key_required`, `invalid_api_key`, `partner_not_enabled`).
